JBL Professional SRX at ModusSound

One of the many companies on the Polish stage market is ModusSound. With which I personally had the pleasure of working more than once on the occasion of concerts.

Interestingly, the company is one of the world's first users of the VTX V20 system. This year they decided to expand the set with subwoofer modules. And so, after several tests of subwoofer models from the JBL range, the choice fell on the latest SRX928S active sets.

It is a lightweight and modern design based on two 18' transducers with built-in amplifier and DSP processor.

In the words of Luke Kędzia:

We chose the SRX928S because we had the opportunity to test these basses before buying them, which was very important to us. The price/quality ratio deserves a five plus. We have already played more than a dozen concerts of various stars of the Polish music scene. The realizers' opinions are the most important for us, and since the product receives only complimentary reviews, the purchase turned out to be an excellent investment. In the near future, we also plan to expand with SRX906LA wideband modules

We have already had the pleasure of playing this set on the occasion of the Grubas' Lips concert, and we must admit that it plays very pleasantly. It's worth noting that the price of the system is much lower than that of popular systems from the higher end, and if you know how to use it, it does a great job. I'll just throw in a conclusion - 70% depends on the implementer 😊.
