My plan for the second day of Stage of Tomorrow.

Follow in my footsteps!

Welcome to the second day, we're looking ahead a bit. I hope no one's head hurts, after all, gathering so many people from the industry in one place at one time is the perfect excuse for a night of scouting.

Due to the fact that the first day's schedule was tight as you know what, I decided to slow down a bit on the second day. There were some important personal topics to hook me up with, and on the other hand a big coffee with friends. So here we go.(full agenda at this link)

April 9 (day 2)

10:00 - Inspiration Stage - "Mapping the boundaries of theatrical/technological incompetence - The title of the lecture frankly does not direct me to anything, but the use of the words "mapping", "theater", "incompetence" in one sentence encouraged me to check out this item. The lecture will be given by Ms. Beata Szczucińska, president of the European Network of Theater Schools.

10:30 - Stage Discussions - "Protection of Intellectual Property " - A topic that is personally close to me, which we already touched on in the first and so far only episode of "Loose Talks" - which I insert below. A topic that you need to talk about, be aware of and, if possible, guard your property and that of others. Very successful selection of personalities for these lectures. Individuals who are not in the habit of "taking prisoners" in their statements. It will be led by Tomasz Gadomski, a lawyer at 11 bit studio, while guests will include Artur Szyman, Dominik Zimakowski, Pawel Kowalewicz, Michal Matysiak, among others....

11:30 - Stage Inspiration - "Behind the scenes at Eurovision with disguise".- Here all is clear. the scope of the use of disquise software in the production of the Eurovision song contest.

12:30 - Stage Discussions - "Mental Health in the Entertainment Industry." - Here an item you can't pass by indifferently. A topic personally close to me by struggling for 9 years with anxiety neurosis. I am very happy that it is slowly ceasing to be a taboo subject and is being brought to the surface. It is a very hard topic to deal with and I am speaking from the perspective of a person struggling. The topic will be hosted by Marika Koasidis, and her guests will be Natalia Przybysz, Marcelina Misztal, Lena Piękniewska-Bem, Dawid Bednarski, Pawel Pundur.

15:45 - Academy Stage - Stowrzyszenie Polskich Realizatorów Światła - An interesting item on the event map. Today there was also a fanpage on Facebook of this association - which, as we read, in addition to associating designers, implementers, lighting operators, is supposed to take care of their copyrights to the created visual works. It will be led by Artur Szyman - so we can sniff out that it is probably his initiative. I know, I trust, I cheer.

16:15 - Academy Stage - "Black Magic Design DaVinci RESOLVE - first look". Lecture selected only because I am a DaVinci user. Maybe I will learn something interesting. It will be conducted by Tomasz Czech - an expert in the subject of color grading.

Google Calendar

Further you can add the calendar below to your google accounts, if my plan suits you.

I will add a plan for the second day to the same calendar!

End of the party

My plan includes the things that are most interesting to me, and so you may also be hit by this plan. However, keep in mind that the event is not supposed to be just about listening to what others have to say. I encourage you to join the discussions in the exhibitors' area, to approach people who interest you.

Make the most of this educational-networking time as you can!

Contest!

Win an entrance ticket for two days of the event, leave a comment under our Facebook post on what lectures you find most interesting and why. We will award the most creative answer with a free entry to the two days of the event!

Howdy on a new week! While making a plan for SceneTomorrow, I figured why not share my path with you - I chose...
